ALL @4projectsmail.com emails are accepted by the system. When received by Viewpoint the front part of the email is then scanned to match the email to a dropbox afterwards. Any that don’t exist are simply deleted without a bounceback (as the time to bounceback has already passed when we accepted the mail).
Please recode the system so that an email is generated to let people know that the dropbox address is not valid.
