At the moment it is quite cumbersome to open the workflow directly, open the decision node, and add the attachment directly to each item. This process could be improved by making workflow attachment options available on the front end of the system.
Furthermore there are other occasions where the same attachment may need to be added to multiple items in a workflow and this needs to be done on an individual basis. Adding 4P attachments through the Editable Grid is not a workaround as this still needs to be done individually.

Adding attachments separately to each workflow is very time consuming.
It would also be very helpful if you could add an attachment to a previous revision, as currently you can only add it to the most recent revision.
