When viewing an e-mail in Outlook, the statement "New Viewpoint For Projects™ Task ACTION : " takes up too much space at the beginning of the subject line. The recipient has to open the e-mail to see the Task information. That statement should be moved to the top of the body of the e-mail. The subject line should contain the information that is setup in the Enterprise configuration form such as [project][name]. It could be shortened to Task ACTION :[project][name] for example.
The same changes should be done for workflow items.

Is this being reviewed for the subject line in general, not just task notifications?

If this could be implemented for all respond@... and alerts@.... emails it would enhance the system. I receive complaints constantly with regard to the format of the e-mails.

I'm currently getting between 60 and 100 notifications a day on 4 live projects reming this part of the subject would be really helpful.

This change would make it much easier for users covering multiple projects to see at a glance what the email relates to. We get this complaint often.

I agree. I get a lot of notifications and I need to know quickly what they're about - ideally the subject line should contain it all, at worst the essential information should e in bold type at the very top of the notification text.
