Once we have configured the project to have the Naming Convention setup.
Could we have an option to be able to search using the Auto Naming Meta data that is in place within the Search Engine?
See attached print screen. The idea would be to have drop down option based on auto naming to allow users to find data
Ie : filter for all drawings from the Architect, or search for all reports from the client. Etc etc
This would be easy and quicker than using the wild card search.

To add to this idea,
Once you drag and drop a file when uploading, it should fill in the name field as well as the Meta Data auto naming field automatically. (system should recognise the data used in the file name compared to the auto naming configuration setup list)
(saves time to avoid the end users having to click on the drop down to select the relevant data to make up the number)
Meaning the end user just needs to ensure their file name is numbered following the naming protocol.
