When clicking on a link in a matrix transmittal, the pop up box shows the most updated transmittal only. When users are on holiday for example, they would like to be able to click on each daily transmittal to download the information relevant to that day. At the moment, it seems if you click on say Fridays transmittal on the following Wednesday it opens Wednesdays information which leads to information being missed on previous days. Our clients rely on the transmittal's to download information and would like to see the relevant information relating to the day of the email so could the links be updated to show this?

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Yes, there is no reason why the e-Mail links couldn't point to the revision that was generated at the time. After all, I can get the link by going to 'History', clicking on the revision needed, copy the URL and change the #Properties at the end to #Differences.
Often I have to send URLs like that to people because the links in the VP eMails themselves are useless in that regard. If I can generate a URL manually why can't VP do it itself?
