Could the telephone number field please be made madatory when adding a new organisation onto the Viewpoint system, many users added onto a project have no contact telephone number against their account, so by making this field mandatory, at least a number will appear within the organisation properties.
It would also be also be good to allow the 'power admins' rights to update / add more divisions of organisations already within the system. We very often see organisations added more than once with a slight change to the name so as an admistrator can add a different address onto the system.
Although I know organisations can be updated by VFP support and I understand that it can cause problems if a user is already within the organisation group. The ability to update might avoid the issue in the first place.
