Currently if a user is having trouble accessing a distribution group we cannot see the group to identify the problem. We have to call 4Projects to find out who created the group and ask them to check/amend the permissions. I believe this means if that user leaves and they haven't allocated edit/add permissions to anyone then then no-one can amend the group.
