When you upload an item, it would be far better if the system just triggered the register item wizard rather than having to click a link that someone could forget to do.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

The multi file uploader needs the option from the first upload screen to 'register multiple items' to enable the user to register on one screen rather than having to register each file individually. They only way to register multiple files on one page (other than the bulk uploader 4Explorer/Desktop App) is to select 'clear all' then select the unregistered files > actions > Register multiple files. It would be better if 'Register Multiple Items' was available to select from the first upload screen next to the 'clear all' option.
If items are not registered only the owner can see them. Is it not possible for them to be visible to at least the power admins? Or at least for the VFP support team to either register or delete them on behalf of the power admins? as far as I know the support team can only view them (unable to register on behalf of users) and if needing to delete have to create a new container, move them and then delete. Seems a very long winded process for such a simple task!
Unless a user receives training I would imagine having unregistered files is a very common problem for both the project teams and VFP support
