I am using 4Projects - Here i am sending the notification with status of current document status, I mean Approved, Rejected ect, since after sendingthe document notification they can able to see in the main Document Status: For Action. Here the receiver can the current status of the particular document such as a - Approved, Accepted, Rejected if have this here we can easy to intimate via mail status.
