Yes. If someone is looking for an item at enterprise level, it suggests they don't know which project it relates to, or can relate to many, so inactive projects may be relevant. I teach my users not to use that function anyway.

A question to followers of this suggestion...
If you search for a document at the top level of your Enterprise, would you expect to see it returned in the search results if it belongs to an 'inactive' project?
Yes/No only please - answers that say 'Yes but with a new icon next to it' will be discounted :)
Holistically, we understand the need to reduce the effort in navigating large Enterprises, but there is a functional trade-off to consider.
