Unless you're still using a dial-up connection there's no need to limit the number of records per page to 20, I am always resetting to 500, I don't understand why it can't just be set to show all as default, Is this going to cause any issues? Alternatively can my preferences not be remembered so I can instantly view in my preferred manor rather than having to select every time?

Hi, this function already exists if to you go into personal settings, then user settings you will see at the top a field description by the name of container record length, if you click on configure you will be able to change have may items see on your screen.
