a fixed dashboard would be a great idea for when you are looking at more than 20 (default) drawings at a time.
Scrolling down looses the dashboard! you then have to scroll back up again to use it.

I think this is a good idea but I wouldn't want to have the search function fixed at the same time if you have it open, what the scroll should do is minimise the search function and then leave the dashboard of actions when this reaches the top of the page, when you keep scrolling
