in a workflow the compliance node gives the ability to burn comments onto a drawing or pdf.
This is fine but if the drawing is not currently in a workflow , the process of burning comments onto a drawing is overly long. Please give us a button on the view markups screen to add the selected markups to the current drawing revision

This is a great suggestion and one that has been shipped, in part. The new workflow (as of 16/09/19) allows the 'voter' to accept markups and 'finalise' them to then reach the 'compliance' node in the workflow burn on to the drawing. However, if a document is given a Status B (Minor Comments) but there are no electronic markups to accept, there is no option to 'finalise' from the View & Markup tool and by-pass the markup acceptance process, as you can if you go through the 'Review Markup' node in the active workflow.
If accepting/finalising comments for burning is to be done via this new method, there must be an option to bypass where no markups have been received, but the outcome is linked to comments being raised (via a meeting, a phone call, etc).
