The "Post Detail" column need to include all of the text. The reason being when unchecking "Latest Revision" and searching for all tasks against that task container, you can then export a report which includes every revision of the RFI and all the posts made.
The only other way to do this would be individually exporting to PDF per task, which can be very time consuming depending on the number of tasks.

My team require a report that shows the entire Post Detail. Unfortunately it appears this is limited to 200 characters. It would be extremely helpful if it could be unlimited to include all of the text
