Email reminder to users for Workflow Items that have not been reviewed or vote has not been cast

During the course of normal business, on a daily basis senior managers could receive large numbers of emails, so the notification from Viewpoint to review and cast a vote could be missed. We suggest a daily reminder email sent to the user until the workflow has been reviewed and vote cast.

  Yes - it should operate the same way as Task reminders. In fact, it would be a great idea if Workflows and Tasks could be converged - with them operating and displaying in exactly the same way. In any given Document Container, you could have an extra tab strip at the top which can be toggled between Document View and Task View - each Workflow 'Task' would automatically have the Document's "Name" (Number) as the Task Reference.

  Perhaps instructing Users on how to make use of their "My Inbox" feature would help with this in the meantime? If users got in the habit of performing a daily check of "Items for their" action it could help keep users informed of outstanding items without the need for constant notifications which often get overlooked, ignored or sent to clutter / junk folders?
