We have been marked by internal auditors as being non compliant due to unapproved drawings being available for subcontractors to view and print. Is it possible for a watermark with the workflow status to be displayed on any viewing or printed copy of the drawing to ensure controlled revisions are used.

Within the workflow add in the compliance node and burn in the watermark

The issue is we would like for all parties to be able to view updated/ recently revised drawings so superseded revisions are not used instead. We just need for any viewing/ printing to be clearly marked as unapproved until given a status through the workflow.
Just change the workflow so the items are non visible then nobody else (except those in the workflow) will be able to see the information till termination
