An error occurred which blocked the workflow at the 1st decision node. It was not possible to push the node forward/vote as it was stuck, and it was impossible to revoke the vote (even 4P support). It meant asking the voter to revoke the vote themselves and re-vote. Painful, time consuming and embarrassing.
Even if the Power Admin on the project cant do this, I would expect 4P support to be able to do so.

I agree with this. Admin users should have the ability to revoke and re-vote on behalf of a user. Having to go to viewpoint support for assistance is madness. Yes you can go to the individual to ask them to carry out the action but what do you do when they are on leave or no longer with the company......
