Sometimes it can take a while to look at drawings as you have to wait for them to download.
Would be good if there was a way to just view it in 4P rather than have to download them each time - Also, takes up a lot of space downloading them and this can be avoided by having that feature.

With the reduced load times and slicker operation of the general 4P system, documents should be viewable within the View and Markup tool by default, instead of downloading to a PDF viewer. We should be encouraging all information to remain on the portal and not encouraging them to be taken offline (download and print, etc). This also works with the imminent addition of opening multiple documents within the V&M tool, via tabs in the browser window.
It would be great to have a 'batch' viewer as at the moment you can only view one at a time (when you click directly on the 'Name'). To get around this at the moment i copy the data i wish to view to my Clipboard then do a batch download of Primary Items and open all items together in pdf which is much faster than using the download icon in the search bar. Hope this helps until it's resolved.
