I created a BID RETURN USER GUIDE & how to accept the invite it is very useful for bidders to receive it with the invite , we get numerous calls from Bidders with issues & not knowing how to return the BID, currently the Tender Managers email the Guide outside of Viewpoint to the Bidders.
