It should be possible to remove the default revision reference on a project. External companies are not paying attention to the revision field as it is already populated with 1 when they upload a drawing/document. This is then letting them upload drawings with the incorrect revision listed. If there was nothing in the field, they would be forced to enter the revision, and this would prevent them from leaving it as 1, or revising and not changing the revision to the correct number/letter.
