Feedback reference the new feature to be able to batch attach comments when batch voting. See attachments.
The comments attached will be listed against each document that has been batch voted only. Creates room for error in you open the incorrect comments and also the end users ends up downloading unnecessary comments.
Example,
See print screen drawing 9000, it shows its comments highlighted in yellow, but also has unrelated comments attached because they were attached when using the batch vote feature.
At present the attachments would be applied to all items selected . We would like the ability to add individual attachments to the items whilst in the batch vote area, rather than attaching all attachment to all items selected.
