Hi Andrew, I understand that this something that you can not implement, however it would be extremely useful. As a power admin having to link all standard documentation to a project becomes laborious and having a shared area that could potentially house thousands of users becomes yet another area to control (for security reasons). It would be so much easier if we could pre-populate templates to help with time to all users and security.
Kind Regards
Emma
Hi Shannon,
I'm sorry but this is another ceiling on what the template module is designed to do - it operates within the security layer of the system and is a 'configuration template' rather than a document template. Would a better solution not be to create a shared area above the project level, than can house generic documents?
Thanks,
Andrew
