Notification transmittals currently include a list of all recipients - even those recipients who have been denied the ability to 'View Users' in 'Configure Permissions'. Meaning that we can't send out distribution group transmittals to people tendering for work with us, otherwise they'll see a list (complete with email addresses!) of everyone else who is tendering for the same work!
Seems ridiculous to have to send out separate transmittals to every individual person in order to main confidentiality.
Surely this must be a breach of GDPR as well??
Recipient information should only be visible to the Project Admin.

The Notifications Transmittal module is a record of collaborative communication - a better fit for the tendering purpose you describe would be the use of our dedicated Tender module. Please contact your account manager for details if this is something you'd be interested in.
