A visual indicator to highlight to administrators that items have been set varied visibility to different security groups.
Majority files are visible to all security groups but for items which have restricted visibility It would be helpful to have a visual indicator so that when producing reports on multiple containers I can see that these items may not be visible to some users.
This would be a helpful reminder to review these items on the report before producing it to users who will then query the fact they cannot find these items.

Hi Aisling,
I can certainly see the value in what you're suggesting, however because security is always relative (what you see, might not be what someone else sees) to implement a visual indicator system-wide introduce some double-handling of security and users and likely result in a bit of a usability nightmare.
Ultimately this problem will be solved with better Analytics and reporting, which is a big part of Viewpoint's future and is something we are heavily invested in.
