When setting up a user account the options to assign a salutation are not reflective of current standards. There should at least be an option to choose no salutation. Requested by a potential VFP client.

Come on already, this shouldn't be difficult. I am often asked why I need this information before I issue invitations to VfP. Modern times dictate that individuals have the right to be identified how they wish and this may be as 'gender-neutral'. This makes VfP appear old-fashioned and I'm sure that is not the image you want to project!
