The changes made to the way that reports are pulled of the system is now causing a big problem, not only when it arrives as an email but, when it is pulled off as a CSV file.
The old system targeted these reports with a location that they came from now we only have a book number.
Also users who have filters on their email boxes don’t receive these reports.
Please can this change be reverted back to the previous way it was done.
