At the moment, if a new file is to be uploaded and Made Primary, it has to be uploaded as a Secondary File, the 'Save' button clicked, the document re-scrolled-to, Edit a second time, then click 'Make Primary'. It would be much better if the file list refreshed immediately after adding a file so that the 'Make Primary', 'Remove' and tick/cross icons update accordingly to the files now present, rather than only updating when launching the Edit screen a second time.
