Save Incomplete Workflows as Drafts

It would be very useful to save incomplete workflows as drafts. Currently the workflow needs to be fully functioning with the majority of connections and details filled in before it can be saved as a draft.

Saving an incomplete workflow as a draft would be particularly useful if a large workflow is being created meaning the user can save and close, returning to update or complete the workflow at a later date. It would also be useful if issues are causing crashes resulting in the loss of a workflow that is being created (which prompted this idea).
