We have the main project and there are sub-projects underneath for each vendor's specification...which is over 100. I have to click on the Administration and then Distribution Group or Security group for each project to see who is in those groups created at those specific levels. I get requests all the time where someone wants to be added to ALL of the distribution groups. The only way I can do that is by selecting each one and manually checking. Not to mention when someone leaves a company and the person replacing them wants to be added to all of the groups that their predecessor belonged to...IT TAKES FOREVER!
It would be really helpful to have an admin report that I can run that shows me all of the groups and the members in each group when several projects exists within a main project. When I go to the main project and click the Administration and Distribution group and I don't see any of the groups that were created from projects inside of the main one. I can however see all of the Security groups that have been created for the projects inside of the main one, but the exported report does not show me the members.
