Often users who are not very familiarised with VfP upload documents without registering it.
Users on the admin security group should be able to view it to be able raise with the owner and avoid delays on the approval process.
Also when a container needs to be deleted and there are unregistered items, we have to ask everyone to check if they are the owner of the document to delete to enable us to delete the container.

I just had a situation where I was trying to delete a container but received an error message saying I didn't have permissions to do this as the container was not empty... bearing in mind that I am the Power Admin and also created the project!! Could only conclude that there were unregistered items in the container that were invisible to me. Checking the Activity Log didn't help as it doesn't show uploads for items that are unregistered... so how on earth would I ever know that firstly unregistered items are there, and secondly who had uploaded them and when??
Seems like madness that the Document Controller can't see unregistered items, and they're also not present on the Activity Log!
Please can this be rectified ASAP.
