In my Project was a very big issue and it's still Ongoing with the invisibility of the drawings. For example If no Security Group were added from the beginning when the Workflow was created and I want to invite a new user in the Project, that person will not be able to see all the drawings that were uploaded before him to become a User. This is a BIG issue here, because the workflows at the beginning and the security groups was created wrong by somebody else and now all the new users are unable to see the old drawings. Should be implemented a way which no need to be in a very beginning security group to be able and see all the drawings. The drawings should be VISIBLE for everybody as long as they are users in the Project.

I know what you mean, but as I said this were not created by me from the beginning.
Chris, they are sorted out very very correctly now, but what about the drawings that were in the system in the time when the groups and the workflows was not so correctly set up, I mean not correctly at all.
Bryan the invisibility of the drawings is one thing and the right to upload is another. The drawings should be visible for everybody no matters when that user was added in the Project. And to avoid the mistakes in uploading, there are permission for that, the invisibility of the drawings create just confusion and angry peoples.

This isn't a system issue as such- why not just sort the groups and workflow out correctly?
Surely this isn't a system problem as you've stated that it was set up incorrectly internally. Using distribution groups as viewers in the workflow from the set up stage will enable you to give people access without impacting voting rights. I would suggest that most companies want an amount of invisibility until vetted particularly given how many mistakes are made during uploading.
