If you are wanting to email multiple items from multiple containers in Viewpoint to someone who is not on VfP then you would use the clipboard to do so however i have come across a snag/error when files become large. I believe this is because the Zipped filed trying to be sent is to large to be received.
I would suggest that the zipped items should rather be sent as a link to download from cloud storage space to avoid restriction on size, this zipped file could be available for a time allocated by the sender at which point the temp zipped file would be deleted..
I believe this would make it much easier to get large amounts of data to people not using VfP.

+Bryan Walker - and how does one do that? I myself can't find any option to do that.
More widely, it would simply be better if the Clipboard could be viewed like a Container where all the usual options you can perform on a Container can be initiated in the usual way. The current Clipboard view is next to useless in most situations.
In that fashion you could copy/paste the metadata grid and capture the hyperlinks to the individual documents that appear on the web page.
Related request: The ability to put into the computer's clipboard, a HTML table that contains all the metadata and links for the Container in view, but WITHOUT the icons and buttons, so that it can be pasted cleanly into an e-Mail or a "Referenced Documents" table in another document (e.g. an O&M).
Hi, can't you simply add the items to the clipboard and then create a public link from the clipboard contents?
This would also save you filling your servers with attachments.
