So to review items and stage, we need to inspect every items to see workflow comments. To be able to export this would save our document controllers masses of valuable time

If comments are being capture tin the workflow comments boxes, you can highlight all drawings required and select actions then workflow history which will show you all votes and comments made on all drawings. However this will not show you any comments made by Mark-up or attachment.
