1. Noticed and read from Viewpoint Support page that the reporting/ project’s dashboard tracks Workflow (awaiting action/ due this week or today/ overdue) and also Task in the workflow only.
Strongly suggest to include tracking of all tasks (awaiting action/ due this week or today/ overdue) in the 'Task' container, in VFP Reporting/ Project Dashboard. This feature is vital to any management and users. FYI, our management is currently exploring this feature.
2. Why the ‘In Progress for Project (# of items in progress)’ cannot be drilled down (refer screenshot 3 in the attachment)?

Agree with this development - it's very misleading for our users who have tasks waiting their response but when using the dashboard, it doesn't capture the information. Why have this feature on the dashboard if it's essentially useless??
