Give us the option of All when exporting a report

Currently the max is 500, I have a container with over 2000 drawings, i need an accurate report of every revision of every drawing which is impossible when the choice is only 500.  Please give us the option of selecting All the drawings for the reporting.

we have produced a very detailed excel tracker produced from 'my reports' to report on the current state of play on uploaded documents, would there be a way for us to click on 'my reports' and it automatically updates the excel tracker opposed to us to having to download all the documents in excel and having to again upload on the tracker

I can't believe this is STILL "in review". How are we supposed to export data from a report when there are more than 500 rows? The email option does not give me the view that I want or it doesn't work at all. It's bad enough that changing the records per page to 500, slows down everything I do to a crawl and gives me numerous long running script errors, but I cannot get the report I want.

I am sure that you can get an exported report by using the e-mail function at within the Records per page drop down menu, this will override the limit of 500 records within the excel exported report.

To report at a Business level rather than Project level becomes prohibitive with just 500 lines per report page.

To be able to easily export data and confidently create business level summary reports across all projects without having to join data seems to be a no brainer to me.

However if you select 'email' the headings are different from the report produced via 4P.

You can select the option - 'email' which will send you the report - with all records required, I use this when the report is more than 500 items

Infact just COMPILING a Matrix transmittal with a lot of items is REALLY difficult. The system struggles with a great number of items and becomes unresponsive as you build it.

Great idea - please implement 4P!
