More and more companies are using the workflow comments option to write their comments rather than adding or creating a mark up. In order to save these comments, and distribute I have to copy and paste every workflow comment together with the drawing/submittal number and collate in an email so that the designers can view their comments. This would be made much easier if there was some sort of report that could be downloaded detailing workflow comments, that I can then pass on to the design team
