Currently the workflow history only shows you the history of the current revision. So if a drawing has been voted as 'Rejected', then it has been revised - you have to go through Properties, find the previous version, open that workflow to view the comments to ensure the new drawing has taken these on board.
Can it be provided that the workflow history for that document shows all comments on all revisions.

I can offer a suggestion here. Untick the "latest items" option in the search criteria (it's always ticked by default). Then when you go into Workflow History it will show comments from previous revisions as well.
