Currently if triggering/filtering workflows by container, adding further subcontainers to a part of the folder structure does not automatically update the workflow to capture these newly added subcontainers also.
For example a consultant has an area to upload to in the folder structure and the administrator would like this consultant to be able to build out their own substructure. If triggering workflows by container the new substructure added by the consultant will currently bypass the workflow.
