Currently, you can only edit a document 'name', that has passed through the naming convention, individually through the 'Edit' function. This function should apply also to the 'Editable Grid' view, whereby the 'name' column is split into the separate fields (lists and free text) that make up the chosen naming convention.

Also, the definitions that you enter in the Naming Convention configuration lists ought to be displayed aswell in search dropdowns. At present they don't appear ANYWHERE to anyone who isn't a System or Project Admin. Again, another complete waste of populating the information in the first place, so the definition has to be repeated in the Title/Description if anyone is to see what a particular code means.
Yes - you ought to be able to 'Autofilter' the document container lists with dropdowns from the naming convention too. It's a big waste of the convention system that these aren't in place.
