It would be extremely useful if it was possible to attach secondary files to virtual containers (SVCs and DVCs) for issuing externally via a public URL. This would be useful in situations were documents that have passed a compliance node (watermarked and have comments burnt on) are to be issued via a link (for tendering) with only the original (clean) version of the drawing/document, were comments and outcomes (watermarks) are not required.
