I am sometimes asked if the link to a Static Virtual Container that was last sent to a Tenderer is the same revision that it's at now. Currently the only way to do it is to Copy Public URL again and paste it alongside the link originally sent and check it by eye to see if the ID string is the same or not.
It would be slicker if the Revision Number for the SVC was shown on the Public Files download screen so that it was clear what Revision of the container the link points to, and therefore to know if a new link should be sent out if the recipient is now to be cognisant of the Container's current contents.
I would also re-iterate the separate but related suggestion made by somebody else recently that when the contents of an SVC are changed using 'Build New Revision', that the revision number is automatically changed.
