It would be very helpful if there was an option on the matrix transmittals to include new folders/subfolders that are added after the initial creation of the transmittal on a project and an option in include all subfolders when creating the transmittal instead of individually selecting the subfolders.
This will eliminate having to manually transmit the transmittal each time a new folder or subfolder is added. This will also reduce confusion as a manual transmission will send out all the documents on the project again on the first transmittal then only the revisions on the subsequent ones.
Being able to template matrix transmittals would also be very helpful too.

Yes this is a problem for me when our other projects create subcontainers without telling me and my Matrix Transmittal to keep oversight doesn't include (that I only find out weeks later) items in the new subcontainers that they added.
Only when I happen to be browsing manually do I find these new containers then I have to edit the Matrix Transmittal manually to tick the subcontainers that have been added since. Surely they should be added by default when created and, if necessary, unticked via Edit.
When creating a subcontainer the user who does it should receive a message to remind them that Transmittals that notify the parent container will also notify this new subcontainer.
