When dowloading bulk files from a public link, leave the files name as is! (i.e., eliminate your arbitrary re-naming convention of ContainerName_Name_Filename.extension)

Please don't mess with my file names.  We use our own naming conventions and this makes no sense.  It also makes the file name too long.

  This functionality was updated as part of the September 2019 release of VFP, bringing the public links download format in-line with ISO19650 metadata.
