We are unable to attach item from Static Container like we do with or on standard containers when creating a Task.
Could you please help improve on this, as at the moment all what we can do is to attach item from the parent (standard) folder ( an area our Contractors do not have permission to view ) to the Task, and since our contractors have no access to the area, when they click on the documents within the Task to download, it gives them an error message.
To achieve this , they will have to go to the static folder in their area where we have linked the documents to be able to download them in order to review, which eventually serve the purpose but the process is a little bit longer for our contractors.
It will be very helpful if you can review the process and or improve on it so that our contractors can download item directly from the Task which can only be done if we have attached item from the area they can access ( the static container).
Have discussed this with one of your team Matthew and he has advised I should raise this as a suggestion.
