People get invited in to different organisations, many which already exist but are added again under a different organisation name. This means that users/ organisations are often duplicated.

Not only duplication but precludes visibility of items in restricted Work Flow each user from the same company should have viewing rights over their documents regardless of the format of the name. Work around to create yet another account for users just compounds the problem instead of solving
