Say you were searching for an architectural drawing series number which has been added in a naming convention, currently if you search for instance "20" series, just searching "20" wouldn't necessarily bring up all the information that you are searching for. It will bring up anything which has "20" within the whole file name. So, it wouldn't necessarily work as if there was a drawing with "20" in the number, this would also come up and not fully filter out the drawings/ items you don't want access to. Having this feature will help streamline information on 4Projects so that you can define the search and find exactly the information you are looking for.
