At the moment on our project we don't use Workflows - because the current set of trigger filters are not granular enough for us, and another project we have does use them and has to duplicate drawings in various dummy folders just to trigger Workflows.
The only feature that would make Workflows useful as far as we can see is to have them triggered by values found in the Naming Convention. e.g. if a "20" series drawing, triggering with a filter for "20" on the "Drawing Series" component of the Naming Convention.
Currently the Naming Convention doesn't seem to be used anywhere in the system except for initial upload of files - it doesn't then appear anywhere else down the line. This almost renders the convention pointless, as there are no filters, no searches (not even under Advanced), no triggers, based on it.
