currently you can only schedule to run a matrix transmittal at one time of day.
if you wanted to run these say at lunchtime to catch the mornings changes and then again at the end of the day you would have to do 2 transmittals - but the second one would then duplicate all those changes in the first one, as it wont recognise that the changes have already been "sent"
