When exporting a report, it is first being processed from VfP, then send via emailed as an attachment. That is all fine, but the mail contains irrelevant information about support.
“If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team on 0844 8802691, alternatively you can e-mail us at Support@4projects.com.”
This is not the correct contact information to get support for Danish users, next and more important it is not the correct single point of contact, if/when a customer has an enterprise solution and has set up an inhouse support helpdesk (normally on international projects).
CanI ask for the line to been removed from the mail?
To be honest, I don´t think the text are of any relevance in an email delivering an attached spread sheet to a user that has asked for it himself. The user has access to support via the system support appointments.
