For audit purposes, I wish to create a summary of all the Technical Query documents in our TQ Register as at particular dates in the past, in order to demonstrate how they have changed their state over time. With over 800+ records it is simply unfeasible to open each individual TQ document to view the record the date it changed its state (e.g. Open, Overdue, Responded, Closed.)
